Is it to grow even more cities of Nantes, Rennes and Saint Nazaire at the expense Small cities and towns of central Brittany and Pays de Loire, to concentrate the population into ever larger cities which has resulted in higher prices for real estate and deserts of the companions for the benefit of investors in general rather wealthy already?
Is this a policy socially, economically and environmentally relevant to our territories and the future of all?
