Moving ... !
Hello world!
In this message we would like to inform you of a small change of program. No no let's not go we in France do not panic! We're just going ... redéménager! Indeed
Saturday, when we sleep we have been unpleasantly surprised to hear the humming fridge (which is 1.5 m from us!) So we turned off in the hope of sleeping peacefully. Only a few minutes after that we had the pleasure of getting to know a third tenant: The boiler!! (3m of us) Now, a boiler does not even rate a human life. No, a boiler wakes up every fifteen minutes during Braille 10/15 min, falls asleep and begins its cycle at infinity!
short our first night was very short, despite the earplugs! We actually put us to sleep at 2:00 and Nico woke several times because of boiler Madam!
Having not paid the rent we had to make a decision very quickly (during the 2 hours that we could not sleep so the noise was unbearable!): Stay or go? Yesh
because there was not what ultimately only drawback. When we visited, we must admit, we were not quite looking at things .... Woe to us! Thus the bed is very old, creaky and totally uncomfortable (ask the shoulders screaming Nico!) The apartment is dirty and there is a hole next to the toilet which regurgitates odors.
It's good you get the picture? Also you will understand our need to leave (and our shame too ... how could anyone choose such a thing ?????)
short, we called our parents to have their opinion, we think, we turn the problem into all directions and ultimately we seek new offers!
And there ... incredible! Someone responds very quickly and offers us a visit for a roommate, less than 24 hours after we moved (yes with the budget we have is that to which we ultimately must turn it over and We join the world and speak English).
So we went one Sunday evening in the freezing cold for a visit. Explanation: This is
roommates in a big house like "Auberge Espagnole" with people of the 4 corners of the world. We offer a large bedroom upstairs (the quietest place in the house because there are only 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to share with 3.) Of course we asked if the current tenant There was noise at night! We will also have access to the kitchen and laundry room, both very modern!
This house is located in Gatineau, but much closer to downtown Ottawa, it is say 10/15 minutes by bus (also accessible on foot or by bicycle when it will be warmer!)
Everything is included for $ 685 or 500 euros per month.
And here we think this time we thought! We considered all the points one by one the most and least!
But given the second here last night the decision was immediate: bye bye basement!
We therefore paid only one week here, explaining our problem to the owner (like they did not look surprised!?) We will have to formally announce that their part (normally Saturday! ).
That you know everything! Oh no, the done! It is a laptop was Canadian! And Gaëlle
had another answer for a job in 18 minutes by bus from our new apartment!
soon!

My Legs Itch When I Have To Urinate
Moving .... ! An evening
Today at noon, we landed in our new apartment after dragging our suitcases through the snow with the wind in the middle of cum!
After putting our luggage we went to the big races at IGA, 10 minutes on foot, in order to have food and cleaning products to scrub our new home!
After that only we could install our business! It almost feels at home!
Here are some pictures of the inside ...

Three Lac Holland And Barret
super cool!!
Tonight (January 28th) we went to a game of improvisation at the Institute of French-Canadian Ottawa!
Recommended by our new friends, Melanie, Julie, Julie Clementine and we dared to brave the freezing cold of the night ... um no actually it was not so cold Today, -5/-8 ... really nice actually ... but do not go astray!
We have witnessed a very entertaining game improv, sometimes a little difficult to understand compared to the Quebec accent but very funny! (The last 2 were just hilarious improvisation and very well done!)
So we spent a good evening!
In the end, when everyone was leaving, we met a group of French (from Lyon!) Really super cool with whom we chatted and exchanged in a very good atmosphere! They called Alexander, Nadège, Maud, Sarah and so on, they are in Ottawa since September for the most part and we think well see them again! Maybe for a night pancakes Gaëlle has launched!
The results of this evening is just PO-SI-TIF!
Tomorrow another long day ahead of us because it is there, we're moving!
you soon with pictures of all our fresh new home!

Casablanca Stock Exchange SONASID: Playing the rule of profit warning CDVM
"The CDVM attracts the attention of issuers on the obligation to make public without delay and when they learned of the information, a warning on the results in case of failure to report history of achievements or significant deviation from the forecast announced. One sentence would have sufficed for the controller instead Casablanca passes a strong message to all listed companies.

One sentence would have sufficed for the controller instead Casablanca passes a strong message to all listed companies.
The board of ethics Securities (CDVM) has indeed attracted the attention of issuers need to prevent the market in advance of any "break compared with historical accomplishments "or" significant deviation from the forecast. " Clearly, companies whose performance will experience a significant decline for the year 2010 should inform the market by a profit warning as required by law. CDVM would have warned everyone before taking appropriate action for violations as it did in the fourth quarter of 2010 with Sonasid whose lower earnings was the worst surprise of the last year.
That said, the sentence of preventive CDVM can have several interpretations. In this context of crisis that affected several sectors in 2010, the risk result is down significantly in size for several listed companies. CDVM wants to prevent this risk that speculators are aware. Another possible interpretation could be related to specific values that CDVM careful eye. Through this statement, the regulator wants to get the message one month before the legal date of publication of annual results.

Shania Twain Song In Santa Calaus 2
Attention attention, great contest! Announcement
We decided to give some life to our blog by setting up a very nice little game, you saving of little surprises!
The principle is very simple, as you may have noticed we have a counter on the right of our window. It identifies all the times that our pages are viewed. Currently there are around 1200 (A big thank you for that matter!).
Starting today, and regularly, we will reward those who reach a certain number.
Thus we begin with the number 1517. This means that if you are the 1 517th visitor you must demonstrate to us for your surprise! (Please note we rely on your honesty, no cheating!)

a little late ... we found an apartment!
Aloha!
As many already know we've (finally) found an apartment. It is in the basement of a house and gather all our criteria (reasonable rent of $ 600 or 440 euros all included) but one by Gaëlle, location! Indeed it is not in Ottawa but in Gatineau, the French side!
Now we are looking for work and we are exploring all possible sites! Gaëlle looking for childcare (by appointment Thursday with a first mother, already!) Or French courses and give English classes to improve and Nico seeks all jobs likely to suit him (but then when we say all is all: it looks the same ads to go dog walking! LOL).
side everyday life, we have to admit we go out soon ... yet. The cold became very severe and we just put one foot out that we are already frozen! Something as unpleasant, our noses freeze from the inside ... yuck! Try lugging with stalactites in the pif you'll see if it's funny!
However we are not all of them! We make a few meetings: Mila (see previous story), a group of Belgian students in our hostel and tonight we have an appointment with PVTistes (other persons entitled to the Passport Working Holiday) for a drink and exchange advice.

Open Toed Shoes With Opaque Tights 2010
Skating on the largest natural ice rink in the world is ...
... Atrocious! Hum
see where to start? The cold of course tends to be the most appropriate although bad skates are not too bad ..... though competition from the state of the frozen canal!
Imagine an ice rink, nice and smooth ... add to cracks, crevices, bumps and snow ... yesh you are on track ... skates that do not take ankles ... not bad, you're almost. Finally adjust the temperature to -20 ° C, shoot up the fan on air "monstrously cold" and you will get ...... the 3 / 4 hours of the most horrific of your life!
course like any good tourist that respects itself, we had to go around the skate on the canal "Curtain" long by 7.8 km. But we did not anticipate that we would be as bad!
We went there with Mila and her boyfriend Louis. When they asked us if we knew we skate immediately said yes. Big mistake! Besides the Canadian we do not skate ... we ... uh ... we ... try to "drag" on skates one thing in mind "I hope I do not fall, provided that I do not fall!". We have quickly been distanced by our two friends and we ended up as two balls (in the literal sense of the word!). In
go again ... despite the sun in full face ... we were pretty hot! In return, however, the wind got involved, the vicious slipped under our clothes despite the 3 pants and 4 pole!
short, if it looks funny now know that it was not at all! Here
anyway, world exclusive, some pictures ...

Why Are People Posting Numbers On Their Status
Favorite Canadians
Hi everybody!
Above all we welcome Loan Guillermin aka Junior who was born this morning and we congratulate the happy parents and wish them ... Good luck!
We are now in Ottawa for a week and it is time for us to take stock of our hot heart! Indeed
Thursday night, going a drink with our "contact", Mila (Guc an old anime that some may have known) We talked a lot about the differences between France and Canada. So we realized that many amazing things we had arrived here. Here's a preview ...
In the beginning there was ... Canadian Customs at the airport in Montreal: smiling, welcoming, friendly ... a wonderful home in the country (even when the Immigration and serious gunshot vests are a must!) contrary to American customs, cold, where we struggled to understand anything without getting barking above!
The first bus trip ... to get from the airport to downtown Montreal: a driver incredible! Very welcoming and very chatty, Gaëlle could talk with him for a quarter of an hour and we were able to gather valuable tips and a warning ...... "If you do not go to Quebec to be the first French to miss this beautiful city!" It's unthinkable! "
At the exit of the same bus in the heart of Montreal, with 11-hour flight in the legs and 6 hour time difference ... we are completely lost! The cold, suitcases, fatigue ... Looking at the map ... and stops? A taxi. "No thank you, we do not want nice taxi. "No, no, let me help you, please show your card ... where are you? ... Ah ben you the wrong way, retrace your steps and take the street over there." That's all ????!!! He got out of his taxi to guide us and that's it! It looks absolutely do not take us, he just wanted to help us (try asking for help to Paris taxis or other)!
We also got lucky in our first restaurant for the traditional "Putin," the waitress was adorable. We care! "For the first time you visit Canada? Everything okay? The dish please?"
A nice benefit is that in restaurants is not obliged to ask for water every two minutes ... servers are very attentive and our glasses come complete each time they are half empty!
A waitress and hostess at the bank even made the effort to speak French so that they understand something (especially the bank !!!!!).
Here in Ottawa we also came across a fabulous bus driver. It was Thursday, while visiting an apartment in Gatineau (not very far from the street "Grenoble "^^). We boarded the bus in Ottawa, we had to go up its terminus, then take another bus. Only here the bus will "transform" a line can become another ... thus our 67 has changed in 63 allowing us to stay warm in the bus! Perfect! Only we did not know exactly where our stop (such as judgments have no name!). We are asking for help to the driver who agrees to tell us exactly where to get off. We then we discuss France, Canada, the bus .... when it comes out a little guide of the network. "But of course, is what we need!" And without one driver unexpectedly we are tending guide .... he gives us his own !!!!! Wow! Super! Thank you, thank you very much! That
several things that surprised us here and we think unlikely in France!
The heat from the cold ambient fills the Canadians who reigns!

News
Since our arrival in Ottawa, we are dedicated to finding an apartment.
(Hey, Nico make me sign that there is "Question pour un champion" French version on TV. Pierto and Diane ... it's for you! But he still prefers zapper to watch hockey, basketball or football! )
But before that we went to "Service Canada" to get our social security number, very important here. We also made a comparison of different possibilities for us to open an account. Here an account is paid unless there is a minimum amount to our account. For example if you are careful to always have 1000 or $ 1500 then the account is free! There are only a limited number of operations (payment by credit card, withdrawal etc.).
After careful consideration of all that we opted for an account with the "Scotia Bank" for $ 3.95 unless you have $ 1500! So we went to this famous bank only ... to open an account must have an address .... then return to search apartment!
We thought we had hit the jackpot! An apartment close to our hostel in the center, cheap, furnished ... a dream! Only the owner is not in Canada but in England ... and asks us to pay before visiting. We still have pictures and we also went to the apartment from outside.
biensur But like many of you we say it is fishy! Then this afternoon we did some research on scams and horror! There's a lot! Not exactly like ours but it looks like! So then changing direction, we write to the owner to explain that we can not afford to pay the deposit and the rent without seeing the apartment and be sure to have the keys! Big big
Desilu! Especially since we responded to over a dozen announcements and only 4 or 5 have responded ... then to be honest with you tonight is a little depressed!
was so eager to trust, we want to believe and forget but sometimes we forget that man is not so honest as that ...
We tried to get back to research, but now we feel that everything is too expensive or qu'arnaque ... So we can console myself: Harry Potter Nico (purchased this morning in a French bookstore that recruits) and "Sex and the City" for Gaëlle ...
... Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day!
