Unimer shareholders, meeting in extraordinary general meeting (EGM), endorsed the Treaty of merger and transfer of all assets of the corporation'', The Monaco Vanelli''(LMV), and the remuneration of contribution. AGE has also ratified the capital increase Unimer by merger of LMV, which involves an amount of 45,138,800 DH matched a merger premium of 654,861,200 DH. Finally, the EGM decided that the nominal value of shares constituting the new capital of Unimer will be reduced to 100 DH 10 DH.
